What’s something you would tell your freshman self?
Talk to more people because freshman year I like need to describe and I joined like the middle of our first, the first quarter, so I didn’t know everyone. Everyone already had their friends. Like I was terrified to talk to people. But then sophomore year I started talking to more people and like generally had a better experience for freshman year because of that. So, I think I would have had a good experience if I just talked to more people.
What is a moment that shaped who you are today?
I moved to a new school and again I didn’t know anyone but then. I was instantly like welcomed by like this person. And then they introduced me to their friends and then I became better friends with their friends. But a more interesting story is third grade. I had to go to these classes for because they thought I couldn’t speak English well. So, I have to go to those classes. And then there were other people there and I met my one of my best friends there. And like, at first, we absolutely hated each other.
I would try my best to annoy her as much as possible. And like she would just insult me all day, but that we found out that we’ve had mutual friends. It was the same friend I made a second grade. And after that we started just hanging out together more and, We’ve been friends ever since, yeah.
