 Why did you join Horticulture Club?

 Because I’m interested in plants and how to take care of them and you know, the club is about that.

 What was your favorite activity that you’ve done in this club?

 Probably when we painted pots or did the macramé workshop That was pretty fun.

 How long have you been in this club?

 I’ve been in this club 2 years.

Why did you stay in the club?

Because it was fun and I enjoyed doing our activities.

How would you describe a typical day in the club?

 Every day at the start of the club we water all of Mrs. Kern’s plants. Then we move on to the activities that we have left.

Besides this club, do you do any other after school activities?

Yeah, I’m in the book club and the crochet club besides this.

What are some of your hobbies?

 Well, I enjoy taking care of plants. I like to read. I like to play board games with my family and friends.

 What’s your favorite subject and why?

My favorite subject is chemistry because I don’t know, I just find it interesting.

 How would you describe Horticulture Club to a freshman who’s never heard of it?

 Planting, decorating pots, it’s just a lot of stuff about plants, yeah.

What’s rewarding about being in this club?

You get to see the plants that you took care of grow and get bigger.
